REFUND POLICY

We understand that occasionally, you may need to return or exchange a product.

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact. Returns/exchanges are typically accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Refund Process: To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase, however, the shipping cost would have to bear by the customer. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless it is being exchanged. Customers can exchange the items only once.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are manufacturing defective upon receipt.
